调解作为我国目前解决劳动纠纷的主要方式,具有高效、便捷,以及低成本等方面的特点,对于我国构建和谐劳动关系、及时解决劳动纠纷具有重要的意义。尽管我国现行的劳动纠纷调解制度对于劳动争议和劳动纠纷的解决发挥了重要的作用,但是在我国市场经济不断丰富和发展的过程中,劳动纠纷调节制度在不少方面的欠缺日益突出,所产生的问题也在不断的加剧。据此,本文针对劳动纠纷调节制度进行具体的阐述,并就其中具体的问题进行了分析,并提出了针对性的解决建议。
