病历摘要患儿6岁。右侧睾丸肿大11个月,左侧肿大5个月,按“结核”、“炎症”治疗无效。近2月伴发热、纳差、消瘦、双膝关节疼痛于1984年3月1日入院。无外伤史。检查:体温37℃,贫血貌,发育正常,全身浅表淋巴结不肿大。胸骨无压痛,心肺无异常发现,肝脾不肿大。阴囊无红肿,右侧睾丸肿大4×4×5cm~3,左侧5×5×6cm~3,质硬有沉坠感,表面光滑无触
The patient’s record is 6 years old. Right testicular enlargement of 11 months, left enlargement of 5 months, according to “tuberculosis”, “inflammation” treatment is invalid.
