裂解C_9芳烃的资源丰富,其中三甲苯就有较高的应用价值,目前裂解C_9主要作为溶剂油或用于生产石油树脂,有价值的组成未充分利用;鉴于扬子石化公司生产二甲苯,却因原料短缺,本文提出从裂解C_9中提取三甲苯作为生产二甲苯原料的方案,用连续精馏预处理裂解C_9,优化进料量、出料量以及进料温度等精馏参数,得精馏塔的最佳条件,以提高三甲苯的含量。研究结果:当进料量为2 mL/min,出料量为1 mL/min,进料温度为25℃时,可以将三甲苯的含量由原料中的8.8%提高至16.5%,且收率高达92%,本文研究为从裂解碳九中提取三甲苯馏分提供依据。
