目的探讨DF方案加醛氢叶酸同步放疗治疗食管癌的价值。方法自1996年5月至2000年5月,35例食管癌患者(Ⅱ期~ Ⅲ期)接受同步放化疗。放疗60Co外照射每次2 Gy,每天1次,每周5次,总剂量60 Gy。化疗:CF蛳Ca 300 mg静脉滴注,第1天~ 第5天,5蛳Fu 500 mg静脉滴注,第1天~第5天,顺铂20 mg静脉注射,第1天~第5天。在放疗的1周、4周用药。结果随访3年,CR14例,PR15例,SD3例,PD3例,1年、2年、3年生存率分别为77.4 %、51.4 %、37.2 %。结论DF方案加醛氢叶酸同步放疗治疗食管癌疗效肯定,患者可以耐受。 Objective To investigate the value of DF regimen combined with alformin synchrotron radiation in the treatment of esophageal cancer. Methods From May 1996 to May 2000, 35 patients with esophageal cancer (stage Ⅱ ~ Ⅲ) underwent concurrent chemoradiotherapy.
