众所周知,如今企业最难办的事情有两类:一是产品开发的选项,一是产成品的推销。而这些事情无不与推销员的工作密切相关。从一定意义上可以这样说,选择推销员、培养推销员、管理好使用好推销员是企业能否占领市场、能否不断拓展市场的关键性工作。由此也就自然而然地引出另一个话题:如何营建一支能征善战的营销队伍。建立一支能征善战的销售员队伍,是企业加强营销管理的基础所在,也是扩大产品市场份额和促进企业长远发展的关键因素。一般来说,这样一支队伍的组成,以下几个基本要素不可或缺。
