以栾树叶片为试材,通过温室盆栽试验,研究了栾树叶片不同浓度水浸液(0.00、12.50、25.00、50.00、100.00mg·mL-1)对黑麦草苗期生物量、根系形态参数以及养分吸收的影响,以期探讨栾树对黑麦草幼苗生长的化感效应。结果表明:与对照相比,栾树叶片水浸提液显著降低黑麦草幼苗干质量;黑麦草幼苗根系形态参数中的总根长、根表面积和根系体积,以及不同径级(除直径>1.0mm)的根长和根表面积都随水浸液浓度的升高而减小;水浸液浓度越高,对黑麦草幼苗N、K、Cu、Fe、Mn、Zn养分吸收的抑制作用越强。栾树叶片水浸液对黑麦草幼苗的生长有明显的化感抑制作用,且处理浓度越高,抑制作用越强。
