高压线路走廊经常跨越无人区、交通死区和通讯盲区,线路运行维护和突发故障查找异常困难,传统的人工巡线方式已不能适应,直升飞机巡线日益成为电力系统的迫切需求。在国家863计划的支持下开展了“机载多角度多光谱成像技术在电力系统应用的研究”,针对直升飞机巡线,研究利用多角度图像数据获取导线与周围物体距离的可行性,开发相应的多角度成像技术。介绍了机载多角度直升机巡线系统的硬件组成及软件功能,给出了部分实验结果。线路现场飞行实验表明物线距离测量达到巡线需要的0.5m精度要求,所开发的预警软件也可以很好地显示和定位危险区域。
High-voltage line corridors often cross unmanned areas, traffic dead zones and communication blind areas, line operation and maintenance and sudden fault finding are extremely difficult. The traditional manual patrolling methods can no longer meet the demands of helicopter patrol lines and are increasingly becoming urgent needs of power systems. With the support of the National 863 Program, “Research on the Application of Multi-angle Multi-spectral Imaging Technology in Power Systems” was carried out. In view of the helicopter patrolling, the feasibility of using multi-angle image data to obtain the distance between the conductor and surrounding objects was studied. The corresponding multi-angle imaging technology. The hardware components and software functions of the helicopter patrol system onboard multi-angle aircraft are introduced, and some experimental results are given. The on-the-spot flight experiments show that the line distance measurement reaches the 0.5m accuracy required for patrolling, and the developed early warning software can well display and locate the dangerous area.
