测定了男性40岁以上年龄组正常人(19例),高甘油三脂(TG)血症病人(88例)和业余长跑运动员(22例)的血浆肝素的脂解活性(PHLA)、高密度脂蛋白—胆固醇(HDL-C)。低密度脂蛋白—胆固醇(LDL-C)、总胆固醇(TC)和TG。正常组PHLA为0.38±0.05μmFFA/mL/min,HDL-C为54±7.7mg/dL;高TG血症组PHLA和HDL-C分别比正常组低(0.34±0.06μmFFA/ml/min,P<0.05;45±10.3mg/dL,P<0.01);长跑组的PHLA和HDL-C分别比正常人高(0.41±0.04μmFFA/minLP<0.05:61±10.4mg/dL,P<0.01)。还观察了健康人静脉注射50mg肝素后6小时内血PHLA、TG、TC、HDL-C和LDL-C的动态变化。对四组高TG血症病人分别采用短程肝素皮下注射,肝素离子导入,口服硫酸软骨素和口服安慰剂进行治疗后发现三种治疗均能降低TG,但PHLA和其它血脂没有明显改变。
Plasma lipoproteins (PHLA), plasma lipoprotein (HDL), plasma lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL), plasma lipoprotein lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL) were measured in men over 40 years of age in the normal group (19 cases), hypertriglyceridemia (88 cases) and amateur long distance runners (22 cases) Lipoprotein - Cholesterol (HDL-C). Low density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-C), total cholesterol (TC) and TG. The PHLA of normal group was 0.38 ± 0.05μmFFA / mL / min and the HDL-C was 54 ± 7.7mg / dL. The PHLA and HDL-C of hyper TG group were lower than those of normal group (0.34 ± 0.06μmFFA / ml / min, P <0.05; 45 ± 10.3 mg / dL, P <0.01). The PHLA and HDL-C in long-run group were higher than those in normal group (0.41 ± 0.04μmFFA / minLP <0.05: 61 ± 10.4mg / dL, P <0.01). The changes of blood PHLA, TG, TC, HDL-C and LDL-C in 6 hours after intravenous injection of 50 mg heparin were also observed. Three groups of hyperthyroidism patients were treated with subcutaneous injection of short-range heparin, heparin ionization, oral administration of chondroitin sulfate and oral placebo. All of the three treatments could reduce TG, but PHLA and other blood lipids did not change significantly.
