目的:了解一元固体二氧化氯消毒剂的杀菌性能。方法:采用悬液定量杀菌试验和现场消毒试验方法进行了实验研究。结果:含二氧化氯30 mg/L该消毒剂溶液对悬液内大肠杆菌作用5 min,杀灭对数值均大于5.0。含二氧化氯200 mg/L该消毒剂溶液对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌作用10 min,杀灭对数值均大于5.0。用含200 mg/L二氧化氯消毒液擦拭消毒桌面,作用20 min,对物体表面自然菌的平均杀灭对数值为1.40。用含30 mg/L二氧化氯消毒液浸泡消毒黄瓜,作用10 min,对黄瓜上污染的大肠杆菌的杀灭对数值各样本均≥3.00。结论:该二氧化氯消毒剂对细菌繁殖体有较好的杀灭效果。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the bactericidal properties of a single solid chlorine dioxide disinfectant. Methods: Quantitative bactericidal test of suspension and field disinfection test were carried out. The sterilized cucumber was soaked with 30 mg / L chlorine dioxide disinfectant solution for 10 min, and the killing logarithm of E. coli contaminated on cucumber was ≥3.00. Conclusion: The chlorine dioxide disinfectant has good killing effect on bacterial propagules.
