大豆是我国重要的粮油作物,在农业和经济中具有重要地位,对其含油量基因的研究具有重要作用。本文选用40份大豆品种,通过对10个大豆脂肪酸代谢相关基因进行测序,搜寻SNP,进而揭示大豆脂肪酸代谢相关基因中不同类型SNP的分布、分布频率以及SNP在不同基因的分布情况。本文研究结果为后人了解大豆脂肪酸代谢相关基因SNP情况,并利用SNP进行关联分析,定位控制含油量的主效基因、培育高油大豆提供必要的研究基础。
Soybean is an important cereal and oil crop in China and plays an important role in agriculture and economy. It plays an important role in the study of gene content of oil. In this study, 40 soybean cultivars were selected to search SNPs by sequencing 10 genes related to fatty acid metabolism in soybean so as to reveal the distribution and distribution frequency of SNPs in different types of soybean fatty acid metabolism genes and the distribution of SNPs in different genes. The results of this study for the future understanding of soybean fatty acid metabolism related gene SNP situation, and the use of SNP association analysis, positioning and control of oil content of the main effect of genetically engineered soybean to provide the necessary research foundation.
