目的　探讨如何降低小梁切除术后并发症的发生率。　方法　治疗组 42例 (44眼 )青光眼术中应用透明质酸钠 ,对照组 5 0例 (5 8眼 )行常规小梁切除术。对两组术后并发症的发生情况作对比观察分析。　结果　治疗组术后并发症的发生率明显低于对照组 ,统计学处理 (χ2 =8 36 ,P <0 0 1)。两组差异有高度显著性。术后浅前房的发生率也有显著性差异 (χ2 =4 7,P <0 0 5 )。　结论　小梁切除术中应用透明质酸钠 ,能减少术后并发症的发生率 ,提高手术的安全性。 Objective To explore how to reduce the incidence of complications after trabeculectomy. Methods 42 cases (44 eyes) of the treatment group were given sodium hyaluronate during glaucoma operation, and 50 cases (58 eyes) of the control group were treated by conventional trabeculectomy. The incidence of postoperative complications in both groups were compared and analyzed. Results The incidence of postoperative complications in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (χ2 = 8 36, P <0.01). The difference between the two groups was highly significant. The incidence of postoperative shallow anterior chamber was also significantly different (χ2 = 47, P <0 05). Conclusion The application of sodium hyaluronate in trabeculectomy can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve the safety of surgery.
