目的:观察900MHz拟手机辐射对雌性大鼠卵巢功能和卵巢ATM蛋白表达的影响。方法:20只SD雌性大鼠随机分为正常组和辐射组,正常组不接受辐射,辐射组每天暴露于900 MHz拟手机辐射源4 h连续30天,阴道涂片选动情期处死大鼠。采用放免法检测大鼠血清雌二醇(E2)、睾酮(T)含量,HE染色观察卵巢组织形态学变化,免疫组化检测大鼠卵巢ATM蛋白表达。结果:与正常组相比,辐射组大鼠血清E2水平显著降低(P<0.05),血清T含量无明显变化(P>0.05),卵巢卵泡和黄体直径均小于正常组,颗粒细胞层数和数量减少;卵巢颗粒细胞ATM蛋白表达明显增强(P<0.05)。结论:900MHz拟手机辐射可能通过增强卵巢颗粒细胞ATM蛋白表达,影响雌性大鼠卵巢功能。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of 900MHz intended cell phone radiation on ovarian function and ovarian ATM protein expression in female rats. Methods: Twenty SD female rats were randomly divided into normal group and radiation group. The normal group received no irradiation. The radiation group was exposed to 900 MHz simulated cell phone radiation source daily for 4 days for 30 days. The rats were sacrificed in vaginal smear. Serum estradiol (E2) and testosterone (T) levels were detected by radioimmunoassay. Morphological changes of ovarian tissue were observed by HE staining. ATM protein expression in ovary was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: Compared with the normal group, the level of serum E2 was significantly decreased (P <0.05) and the content of serum T was not changed (P> 0.05), and the diameter of ovarian follicles and corpus luteum were lower than those of the normal group The number of ATM protein in ovarian granulosa cells was significantly increased (P <0.05). Conclusion: 900MHz proposed cell phone radiation may affect ovarian function in female rats by enhancing ATM protein expression in ovarian granulosa cells.
