《长江经济带发展规划纲要》(下称《规划纲要》)近日正式印发。作为长江经济带龙头和化工大省的江苏省,沿江8个省辖市共有危化品生产企业27646家,占全省78.9%,各种潜在风险和安全隐患众多。下一步该省重化工产业将采取调整沿江产业布局、引导不达标化企退出等举措,积极践行《规划纲要》。
The “Outline for the Development Plan of the Yangtze River Economic Belt” (hereinafter referred to as “the Outline of the Plan”) has been officially issued recently. As a leading economic zone in the Yangtze River and a major chemical province, Jiangsu Province has a total of 27,646 hazardous chemical products manufacturing enterprises in eight provinces and cities along the Yangtze River, accounting for 78.9% of the province’s total. There are many potential risks and safety hazards. Next, the province’s heavy chemical industry will take measures to adjust the layout of industries along the Yangtze River, guide the exit of under-standardized enterprises and other initiatives to actively implement the “Outline Plan.”
