在纪念邓小平百年诞辰的日子里,一队队干部、工人、农民、士兵、学生络绎不绝地来到太行深处,来到河北省涉县赤岸村的八路军一二九师司令部旧址。他们轻抚一张张旧桌椅,仰望一张张旧照片,默读一张张旧纸片,深情缅怀曾在这里工作生活过5年,为民族解放事业做出重大贡献的邓小平。 In commemoration of the centenary of Deng Xiaoping’s birthday, a cadre of cadres, workers, peasants, soldiers and students came to the Taihang River in an endless stream and arrived at the former site of the 129th Division headquarters of the Eighth Route Army in Chiancun, Shexian County, Hebei Province. They caressed one piece of old tables and chairs, looked up at one old photograph, silently read one piece of old paper, deeply cherished the memory of Deng Xiaoping, who had worked and lived here for five years and made a significant contribution to national liberation.
