本文对湖北省京山地区和郧阳地区野生绞股蓝根、茎、叶等不同部位的皂甙含量进行了测定,并对不同的提取方法进行了比较。 一、实验部分 1.试剂和仪器:香草醛(分析纯,沈阳第三试剂厂)、冰乙酸(分析纯)、高氯酸(优质纯,北京试剂三厂)、人参皂甙Rb_1标准品(中国药品生物制品检定所)、硅胶H(60目)、展开剂(正丁醇∶醋酸乙酯∶水=4∶1∶5),M 750-A 型多功能紫外可见分光光度计(中国科学院上海生化所)。
In this paper, the contents of saponin in the roots, stems, leaves and other parts of wild Gynostemma pentaphyllum in Jingshan and Huyang areas of Hubei Province were determined, and the different extraction methods were compared.
