本文按集中负荷推导的弯矩公式,探讨了链环的内宽和节距变化时对其最大拉应力值的影响。得出结论,内宽增大时将使最大拉应力值增大;而节距增大时,虽影响到最大拉应力值,但在节距公差范围内变化时其影响是较小的。因此应尽量使链环内宽接近下限,接近上限或超出上限均将降低链环所能承受的拉力负荷。对常见形状偏差的链环,按集中负荷下的受力分析,推导了弯矩和应力公式,探讨了几何形状偏差对最大拉应力值的影响。得出结论,焊口直边外凸对其内侧的应力是不利的。应力求将焊口直边部压平。
Based on the formula of the bending moment deduced by the concentrated load, this paper discusses the influence of the inner ring width and pitch on the maximum tensile stress. It is concluded that when the internal width increases, the maximum tensile stress value will increase; and when the pitch increases, although the maximum tensile stress value will be affected, the influence will be small when the pitch tolerance is changed. Therefore, the inner width of the link should be as close to the lower limit as possible. When the upper limit or the upper limit is exceeded, the pull load on the link can be reduced. For the link with common shape deviation, according to the force analysis under concentrated load, the formulas of bending moment and stress are deduced, and the influence of geometric shape deviation on the maximum tensile stress value is discussed. It is concluded that the straight edge of the weld is convex and its internal stress is unfavorable. Strive to flatten the straight edge of the weld.
