随着新课改的实行,学校和家长开始注重学生的素质教育,尊重学生的个性化发展,并且致力于营造一个积极主动、快乐有趣的学习环境。然而在部分城市的高中阶段,外来务工子女和城市子女同在一个班级,但由于学生原有学习基础、家庭环境的不同,使他们的学习差异较大,特别是英语学习的差异。经过调查显示,城市中学习英语困难的学生增多,英语成绩两极分化日益加剧。针对学生学习英语有差异的现象,根据课改教材的特点研究如何对英语基础和英语功底不同的班级实施分层教学,并且对面向全体学生的、高效的课堂教学模式进行了深入的探讨以及研究。
With the implementation of the new curriculum reform, schools and parents have begun to pay attention to the quality education of students, respect the individualized development of students, and are committed to creating a proactive, happy and interesting learning environment. However, migrant children and urban children are in the same class in some urban high schools. However, due to the differences in their learning backgrounds and family environment, they make a big difference in their learning, especially in English learning. After investigation, the number of students who have difficulty learning English in the city increased, and the polarization of English achievement was getting worse. In view of the phenomenon that students have different learning English, according to the characteristics of curricular teaching materials, this paper studies how to carry out the teaching in different classes with different basic English and English, and discusses and studies the efficient classroom teaching mode for all students in depth. .
