1玻璃剂量计的测量原理和技术发展一些晶体存在有结构上的缺陷,经电离辐射照射后会产生自由电子和空穴,其中自由电子被导带俘获,空穴被激发能级俘获。若把这些晶体加热或用光激发,被俘获的电子将获得足够能量逃逸出来与空穴结合,同时多余的能量会以光辐射的形式释放出来,这就是热释光或光释光固体剂量计的基本原理[1-2]。常见的光释光剂量计(OSL)的主要成分是Al2O3晶体[3];而另一类光释光剂量计—玻璃剂量计的主要成分是
