用正交试验设计法选择出热处理工艺参数,考察了不同等温淬火温度和时间对60Si2MnA钢组织和性能的影响,并通过生产性试验考核,成功地将奥氏体-贝氏体复相组织应用到60Si2MnA钢制模具中,使用寿命提高了5倍,达到基体钢LD的水平。
Orthogonal experimental design method was used to select the parameters of heat treatment. The effects of different isothermal quenching temperature and time on the microstructure and properties of 60Si2MnA steel were investigated. Through the productive test, the austenite-bainite composite was successfully applied To 60Si2MnA steel mold, the service life increased by 5 times, reaching the level of the base steel LD.
