近几年来,由于我国化学工业的迅速发展,生产中接触各种化学物质的机会大大增多。不少化学物质具有一定的毒性,在制造、加工、使用、运输和保管等过程中,了解它们的毒性,正确评价其危害程度,从而采取相应的预防措施,是安全技术和劳动保护工作中的一项重要内容。本文就化学物质的毒性指标、毒性表现以及影响毒作用的因素等问题,分别进行讨论。
