室内观察了单头中华甲虫蒲螨致死单头合欢巢蛾低龄幼虫和老熟幼虫时间、释放蒲螨寄生致死合欢巢蛾的效果。结果表明:蒲螨可以致死合欢巢蛾幼虫,并且寄生在其身体上正常产后代;单头蒲螨致死单头低龄幼虫平均20 min,致死单头老熟幼虫时间平均40 min;蒲螨释放24 h,合欢巢蛾幼虫校正死亡率为85.41%;释放48 h,合欢巢蛾幼虫死亡率为100%。中华甲虫蒲螨能够有效寄生致死合欢巢蛾,可以用于对合欢巢蛾进行生物防治。
