南京市物价部门公布了“一房一价”的新规,要求普通商品房销售必须“一套一价”、明码标价,并于5月20日起正式执行。所谓“一房一价”指的是每套住房的相关价格必须在售楼处向购房者公示,内容包括房屋基准价、浮动幅度、综合差价(楼层、朝向、环境等)、销售单价、总价等。
Nanjing Price Department announced a “one room, one price” of the new regulations, requiring ordinary commercial housing sales must be “a set of one price”, the price tag, and on May 20 officially implemented.
