为了克服胶结充填成本高,解决尾矿、赤泥大量堆存而危害环境的问题,实验制备出以赤泥为主要胶凝组分的全尾砂胶结充填材料.该充填料试块在强度上优于用水泥制备的全尾砂胶结充填料试块,抗压强度达到R28=7MPa,满足矿山充填要求.所配制的充填料有良好的流动性、保水性好、不泌水且成本大大低于水泥胶结充填材料.利用X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)对该充填材料的水化产物和微观结构进行了研究.结果表明,原料中的矿物相经水化反应后生成了大量的钙矾石和结晶程度低的复杂凝胶,它们交织在一起使体系结构致密,具有较好的力学性能.
