目的 :研究CD15mRNA表达与原发性肝细胞癌 (HCC)侵袭转移和预后关系及与CD4 4v6和nm2 3H1的mRNA表达相关性。方法 :应用原位杂交和免疫组织化学方法 ,检测分析HCC组织中CD15mRNA及其蛋白、CD4 4v6及nm2 3H的mRNA表达。结果 :99例HCC中 ,CD15mRNA及其蛋白、CD4 4和nm2 3H1的mRNA表达阳性率分别为 38 4 %、36 7%、4 1 4 %和76 8%。CD15mRNA表达与其蛋白表达一致 ,与CD4 4v6mRNA表达呈正相关 ,与nm2 3H1mRNA表达呈负相关。CD15mRNA及其蛋白、CD4 4和nm2 3H1的mRNA表达均与HCC侵袭转移倾向和患者预后相关。结论 :检测CD15表达有可能成为HCC侵袭转移和预后判断的一项新的病理生物学指标。
Objective: To study the relationship between the expression of CD15 mRNA and the invasion, metastasis and prognosis of primary hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and its correlation with the mRNA expression of CD4 4v6 and nm2 3H1. Methods: In situ hybridization and immunohistochemistry were used to detect the mRNA expression of CD15mRNA, CD4 4v6 and nm2 3H in HCC tissues. Results: The positive rates of CD15 mRNA, CD14 mRNA, CD4 4 and nm2 3H1 mRNA in 99 cases of HCC were 38 4%, 36 7%, 41 4% and 76 8%, respectively. CD15 mRNA expression was consistent with its protein expression, positively correlated with CD4 4v6 mRNA expression and negatively correlated with nm2 3H1 mRNA expression. CD15 mRNA and its protein, CD4 4 and nm2 3H1 mRNA expression are associated with the invasion and metastasis of HCC and the prognosis of patients. Conclusion: Detecting the expression of CD15 may be a new pathobiological indicator of invasion and metastasis and prognosis of HCC.
