目的:建立快速、准确、高灵敏度测定减肥制剂中非法添加麻黄碱、西布曲明和芬氟拉明的分析方法。方法:采用C18柱分离,以乙腈-10 mM乙酸铵缓冲溶液(0.1%甲酸)为流动相,流速0.25 ml.min-1,离子源为ESI源,正离子检测,对减肥制剂中非法添加麻黄碱、西布曲明和芬氟拉明进行定性检测,并对其裂解途径进行了解析。结果:受试制剂中检测到掺有西布曲明。结论:此方法选择性强、灵敏度高,可作为减肥制剂中非法添加麻黄碱、西布曲明和芬氟拉明的有效检测方法。
Objective: To establish a rapid, accurate and sensitive method for the determination of illegally added ephedrine, sibutramine and fenfluramine in slimming preparations. METHODS: C18 column was used to separate the cells. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-10 mM ammonium acetate buffer solution (0.1% formic acid) and the flow rate was 0.25 ml.min-1. The ion source was ESI source. Alkali, sibutramine and fenfluramine qualitative detection, and its cleavage pathway were analyzed. Results: Sibutramine was detected in the test preparations. Conclusion: This method is selective and sensitive and can be used as an effective detection method of illegally added ephedrine, sibutramine and fenfluramine in weight-loss preparations.
