1.前言 1994年6月国家经贸委技术与装备司委托“中国科技促进经济发展基金会”组织,召开了有全国高等院校、科研机构从事模糊控制研究、开发的专家、学者,工业界、家电生产企业的工程技术人员,以及有关部委管理干部参加的关于“模糊控制技术产业化”的专家咨询会,与会代表就模糊控制技术在我国开发应用的前景、产业化的关键技术、重点项目、标准化等问题进行了认真讨论,一致同意以家电行业为突破口,推动我国模糊控制技术产业化进程,并提出了《模糊控制技术的开发应用》国家技术开发项目。
1. Introduction In June 1994, the Technology and Equipment Department of the State Economic and Trade Commission commissioned the “China Science and Technology for Economic Development Foundation” organization and convened experts, scholars and industrialists with research institutions and scientific research institutes engaged in fuzzy control in China. Household appliances manufacturers, engineering and technical personnel, as well as the relevant ministries and administrative cadres to participate in the “Fuzzy Control Technology Industrialization” expert advisory meeting, participants on the fuzzy control technology development and application prospects in China, industrialization of key technologies, key projects, Standardization and other issues were seriously discussed, agreed to take the home appliance industry as a breakthrough point to promote China’s fuzzy control technology industrialization process, and put forward the “fuzzy control technology development and application of” national technology development projects.
