为了简化心室复极差力(以下简称VG)的计算,我们设计了两种计算方法。1.利用数学公式计算;2.利用心电平均向量计算表和特制的心室复极差力绘测图纸的绘测的方法。分别介绍如下。一、计算心室除、复极过程的平均向量测算VG的向量,须先测出心室除极波(QRS波群)和复极波(T波)的平均向量。由于QRS波和T波所占用的时间相差很大,故应分别测定其面积的代数值。使用测积仪,测出数据常不甚准确。我们认为可按波群的底和高求其面积,或直接按记录用纸的正方形小格(1毫米~2)计算。
In order to simplify the calculation of ventricular repolarization differential force (hereinafter referred to as VG), we designed two calculation methods. 1. The use of mathematical formulas; 2.
