过敏性紫癜是血管性紫癜中最常见的一种出血性疾病,其病因尚不清,可能与某种致敏原引起的变态反应有关.我们在临床工作中发现过敏性紫癜的血型分布似有一定的特殊性,国内外尚未见到这方面的报导;因此,现就过敏性紫癜100例的ABO血型分布作一初步报告:
