随着我国医疗体制改革的不断深入,新时期全新的社会形势也为我国的医院人事管理提出了更为严格的要求。笔者尝试从多年的医院管理工作出发,对于走动式管理的内涵、当前医院走动式管理中存在的问题以及具体应用措施三方面内容进行简要地论述。
With the continuous deepening of the medical system reform in our country, the brand-new social situation in the new period also sets more strict requirements for the hospital personnel management in our country. The author attempts to start from the hospital management for many years and briefly discusses the connotation of ambulatory management, the existing problems in ambulatory management of hospitals and the concrete application measures.
