本文试图利用ISO齿轮标准及其他一些资料的齿轮接触强度数据对非稳定循环、随机确定应力等复杂工况下齿轮接触强度进行可靠性设计。这为在无条件或难以用实验获得R-S-N(可靠度—强度—循环次数)线图、齿轮实际工作曲线及平均疲劳损害容量等有关数据的情况下提供了一种可行的理论设计方法。计算机的引入,使该方法得以更为有效地实施。本文在理论上所作的探讨,对于在该方向进行更深入的研究具有普遍指导意义。尤其是推导出的可靠度计算公式,普遍适合于机械零件强度的可靠度计算。
This paper attempts to use the ISO gear standard and some other data of the contact strength of the gear on the unsteady cycle, a random determination of stress and other complex conditions for the reliability of gear contact strength design. This provides a feasible theoretical design method under the condition that it is unconditional or hard to experimentally obtain the R-S-N (reliability-strength-cycle number) data, the actual working curve of gears and the average fatigue damage capacity. The introduction of computers made the method more effective. The discussion in theory in this paper is of general guiding significance for carrying out further research in this direction. In particular, the derived reliability calculation formula is generally suitable for the reliability calculation of mechanical parts strength.
