真性红细胞增多症属于骨髓增生性疾病之一。本病少见,多发生于中年以上的成年人,儿童及少年罹患本病更属罕见,迄今国内只报导一例7岁女孩总有真性红细胞增多症[中华儿科杂志1979,17(2)],而少年型者却未见报导。本文报告一例患者,13岁发病,16岁始就医确诊。病历摘要肖某,男,16岁,学生,郎溪县人,住院号88726。患者从1984年3月以来,自感头昏、脑胀、肢体发麻及乏力,尤以两下肢酸胀明显。入院后发现患者面部潮红,睑结膜、口唇、鼻尖、耳廓、指(趾)端充血明显,血象示红、粒及血小板三系增
