利用Fact Sage热力学软件Phase Diagram和Equilib模块分别计算了Ca O含量对Ca O-Al2O3-22%Mg O-1%Si O2-2%Fe O系液相线的影响以及Ca O、调渣剂Ca F2和B2O3单独或复合添加对Al2O3-Mg O-25%Ca O-1%Si O2-2%Fe O系1700℃液相量的影响.通过差热分析测定了现场实验炉渣的熔化开始温度和结束温度,验证了理论计算变化规律.结果发现:电铝热法生产Fe V的炉渣中Ca O质量分数应该控制在25%左右,此时熔化性能较好;调渣剂Ca F2的调渣效果好于B2O3,且Al2O3/Mg O质量比较高时二者不能复合使用;考虑到工业应用效果和环境保护,Ca F2添加量应控制在2%~5%.
The effect of CaO content on the liquidus of CaO-Al2O3-22% MgO-1% Si O2-2% FeO system was calculated by using Phase Diagram and Equilib modules of Fact Sage thermodynamic software and the effect of CaO, The influence of F2 and B2O3 alone or in combination on the liquid phase of Al2O3-MgO-25% CaO-1% Si O2-2% FeO at 1700 ℃ was measured by differential thermal analysis The results show that the mass fraction of CaO in slag produced by electrothermal alumino-thermal process should be controlled at about 25%, and the melting property is good at this time. The slag-adjusting effect of slag-adjusting agent Ca F2 Better than B2O3, and Al2O3 / MgO high quality when the two can not be used in combination; taking into account the industrial application effects and environmental protection, Ca F2 dosage should be controlled at 2% to 5%.
