去年9月由原《雁北日报》改刊而来的《大同晚报》,迄今问世半载有余。我逐日阅读,产生了一个比较清晰的印象:该报已逐步办出“博而精、趣而雅”的风格。 不可忘记,“晚报”首先是“报”,它是以新闻为主体,为基础的。也不可忘记,“报”而称“晚”必须具有“晚”的特点,它的新闻是以当日之“晚”为特点的。如何体现这个特点?可以看出《大同晚报》的重要手段之一就是力求做到“博而精”。 《大同晚报》从自己所处地区的实际情况出发,着力点不是在时效性上与日报争一日之短长,而是在内容上力求“博而精”。所谓“博”,就是努力拓宽新闻报道面,且使之具有更多的知识性。该报除重点报道当地要闻外,还报道全省、全国要闻,国际要闻;除报道经济、政治、文化新闻外,还尽力多报道社会
