目的:探讨切口保护套的应用在预防腹部切口脂肪液化中的作用。方法对我科2014年9月~12月份收治的170例行上腹部手术患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,其中使用切口保护套的患者有95例(观察组),未使用切口保护套的患者有75例(对照组)。结果观察组有3例患者发生切口脂肪液化,对照组有8例患者发生切口脂肪液化,两组有明显差异(<0.05)。结论术中使用切口保护套可减少切口脂肪液化的发生。“,”Objective To explore clinical effects of the incision protector. Methods 170 patients after epigastrium surgery from September 2014 to December 2014 were chosen. 95 patients were used incision protector in the surgery (observation group)when the other 75 patients were not(control group) . Results There are 3 patients who suffered with fat liquefaction in the observation group . There are 8 patients who suffered with fat liquefaction in the control group . There was significant difference between two groups( <0.05).Conclusion The application of incision protector can reduce the incidence of fat liquefaction.
