根据坑道的环境条件,是冬暖夏凉,温度常年变异不大,唯夏季潮湿,湿度增大,食物生霉变质不易保存。为研究解决坑道中食物贮存的有效方法,给今后食物贮存提供依据,并保证在战争条件下,部队由地面转入地下作战时的食物供应的需要,我们进行了此项研究。条件与方法一、实验坑道选用有暖气与无暖气两种坑道,前者于每年7~9月为了消除坑道内外温差悬殊而产生的凝结水,采取烧暖气,使温度升高,保持干躁,在这期间坑道食品库房平均温度为31.4℃,平均相对湿度为69%。后者,无暖气坑道温度较低,且较恒定,但湿度较大。坑道食品库房年平均温度为15.3℃,7~9月相对湿度均在90%以
