目的:分析子宫内膜癌的临床病理特点,为提高该病的诊断与治疗水平提供依据。方法:对来大同市第二人民医院就诊的110例子宫内膜癌患者的临床病理资料进行回顾性分析,采用χ2检验对绝经前后子宫内膜癌患者临床、病理特征进行比较。结果:绝经前子宫内膜癌患者的临床分期和细胞分化程度以及子宫层浸润程度与绝经后患者差异显著。结论:绝经后妇女更易患子宫内膜癌,并且绝经前患者多为高分化癌,且期别较早,相对于中老年妇女预后好;中老年子宫内膜癌患者恶性程度高,预后差,应尽早诊断和治疗;不孕症、高血压、糖尿病与子宫内膜癌的发病有一定关系,阴道不规则流血是子宫内膜癌患者重要的临床表现,患者就诊时如有该症状应考虑子宫内膜癌。
Objective: To analyze the clinicopathological features of endometrial carcinoma and provide basis for improving the diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
