本文利用喷印网格法研究了双轮间距对附着性能的影响机理。根据双轮夹持下的土条被破坏程度随间距大小而变化的现象提出了“间距效应”和“临界间距”的概念,并运用塑性理论建立了临界间距的数学模型。本文还研究了双轮间距与滚动阻力的关系,得出了滚动阻力随双轮间距增大而增大的结论。并发现双轮间距在0至1.2倍轮宽范围内变化时,牵引系数基本上呈抛物线的变化规律。
In this paper, the influence mechanism of the distance between two wheels on the adhesion performance was studied by using the printing mesh method. According to the phenomenon that the degree of damage of soil strands under the double wheel clamping varies with the distance, the concepts of “spacing effect” and “critical spacing” are put forward, and the mathematical model of critical spacing is established by using plasticity theory. The paper also studied the relationship between the rolling distance and rolling resistance, and concluded that the rolling resistance increases with the spacing between the two wheels. The results show that when the distance between two wheels varies from 0 to 1.2 times the wheel width, the traction coefficient basically changes parabolically.
