在国际市场经济的背景下,我国企业面临的竞争愈发激烈,基于此,全面预算管理的重要性尤为突出。尽管大部分企业已经认识到全面预算管理的重要性,但整体运行水平仍然欠佳。笔者着眼全国中小型企业,深入分析了全面预算管理存在的问题,并以此为依据提出具有针对性的对策。希望有关人员能得到启示,找到可以更好地服务公司发展战略手段,使得企业的效率获得实质性的提升,从而最大限度地降低企业运行风险。
Under the background of the international market economy, the competition faced by our country’s enterprises has become increasingly fierce. Based on this, the importance of comprehensive budget management is particularly prominent. Although most companies have realized the importance of comprehensive budget management, the overall level of operation is still poor. The author focuses on small and medium-sized enterprises in the country and analyzes in depth the problems of comprehensive budget management. Based on this, he proposes targeted countermeasures. It is hoped that the relevant personnel can get inspiration and find a means to better serve the company’s development strategy, so that the company’s efficiency can be substantially improved, thereby minimizing the company’s operating risk.
