当今社会,自助游、跟团旅游等出游形式比例逐日攀升,民众出游前都希望对目的地的核心资源及信息有所掌握,要想了解旅游景区的环境、食宿、休闲娱乐、路线路费等信息,互联网日益成为民众提前做功课的首选。鉴于旅游电子商务具有聚合性有形性、服务性、便捷性、优惠性及个性化等特点,在民众生活中扮演的角色越来越重要。本文围绕旅游电子商务发展模式及创新展开论述,以期对促进旅游电子商务发展有所裨益。
In today’s society, self-help travel, travel with groups and other forms of travel daily rising, people want to travel before the core resources and information have mastered, in order to understand the environment of tourist attractions, accommodation, entertainment, road routes, etc. Information, the Internet is increasingly becoming the first choice for people to do their homework ahead of schedule. In view of the characteristics of tourism e-commerce such as flexibility, serviceability, convenience, concessionality and personalization, the role of tourism e-commerce in people’s life is more and more important. This article focuses on the development mode and innovation of tourism e-commerce, with the hope of promoting the development of tourism e-commerce.
