在繁育螺旋藻藻种时,应用 Zarrouk 培养基是比较理想的,我们现有的7个藻种(Sp·A、B、C、D、E、F、G)都能在其中良好生长。但在使用过程中也发现了一些问题,即 Zarrouk 培养基保存时间的长短对螺旋藻生长的反应不一。特别是在纯化藻种的繁育过程中,为使分离纯化的藻种不致被杂菌、杂藻污染,我们在使用 Zarrouk 培养基前一般要经15磅20分钟高压灭菌。但在使用灭菌后的培养基繁育螺旋藻的过程中,偶而发现有的培养基瓶内螺旋藻不能正常生长,甚者会发生接种物在1—2天内全部死亡的现象,这引起我们的兴趣。为此,我们针对培养基本身对藻类生长有影响的几个因子进行试验,试图说明并解决这一问题。
Zarrouk’s medium is ideal for breeding spirulina species, and our existing seven species (Sp · A, B, C, D, E, F, G) all grow well. However, some problems have also been found during the use of Zalrouk medium, that is, the storage time of Zarrouk medium varies with the growth of Spirulina. Especially in the breeding of purified algae species, in order to separate and purify the algae from miscellaneous bacteria, algae contamination, we are generally 15 pounds and 20 minutes autoclaving before using Zarrouk medium. However, in the process of sterilizing spirulina with sterilized medium, spirulina occasionally can not grow normally in some culture medium bottles, and even the inoculation completely dies in 1-2 days, which causes our interest. To this end, we tested several factors that affect the growth of algae, which are themselves cultured, in an effort to explain and solve this problem.
