通过分析确定了二氧五环和水液相活度系数计算模型为NRTL,采用Aspen Plus软件数据回归功能得到了二者的二元交互作用参数。在此基础上,建立了二氧五环合成与浓缩工序的计算机模型,运用灵敏分析功能优化了精馏塔的进料位置和回流比。由回归参数计算的汽液平衡数据与实验数据误差较小,说明回归的参数可信度较高,同时计算机模拟结果与实际工艺数据吻合良好,表明该模型较好的反映了实际的生产过程。优化结果显示,精馏塔适宜进料位置为第22块塔板、适宜回流比为0.9。
Through the analysis, the calculation model of activity coefficient of dioxane and water in liquid phase was NRTL, and the binary interaction parameters were obtained by using Aspen Plus data regression function. On this basis, the computer model of dioxane synthesis and concentration process was established, and the feed position and reflux ratio of distillation column were optimized by using the sensitivity analysis function. The error between the vapor-liquid equilibrium data and the experimental data calculated by the regression parameter is small, indicating that the regression parameter has high credibility. The computer simulation results are in good agreement with the actual process data, indicating that the model better reflects the actual production process. The optimization results show that the optimum feed position for the rectification column is the 22th plate, and the suitable reflux ratio is 0.9.
