近两年,我校在教研室的统一要求下,各个教研组备课组都积极行动,开展了“基于课堂观察下的有效听评课”的活动,通过这一活动的开展,提高了听评课的效率和针对性,更有利于教学各个环节的有效落实和改进。我认为这是是当前教育教学改革的一个重锤。“基于课堂观察下的有效听评课”的活动主要关注了以下课堂教学中的主要环节。1、课堂教学中,教师的课堂提问是否有效;2、教师对学生回答问题情况的评价是否准确有效; In the past two years, under the unified requirement of the teaching and research department, all the teaching and research groups in the teaching and research groups took active actions to carry out the activities of “Effective Listening and Lesson Evaluation Based on Classroom Observation”.
