为准确评价煤炭企业安全效率,动态分析其发展规律,采用偏好数据包络分析(DEA)方法,测算2007—2010年我国煤炭企业100强中39家企业的安全效率,描述其整体现状。在此基础上,运用非参数Malmquist指数法,分析煤炭企业安全效率动态变化过程,并探讨煤炭企业安全效率发展的动力及阻碍因素。结果表明:2007—2010年,煤炭企业间安全效率差异明显,且整体较低,平均值仅为0.811。2008—2009年间的安全效率达到最大值2.961,其增长动力主要来自于技术进步,而技术效率较低在很大程度上阻碍企业安全效率发展。
In order to accurately evaluate the safety efficiency of coal enterprises and dynamically analyze their development rules, the DEA method is used to calculate the safety efficiency of 39 enterprises in China’s top 100 coal enterprises from 2007 to 2010, and the overall status quo is described. On this basis, the non-parametric Malmquist index method is used to analyze the dynamic process of the safety efficiency of coal enterprises, and to explore the impetus and impeding factors of the safety efficiency of coal enterprises. The results show that: between 2007 and 2010, there are obvious differences in safety efficiency among coal enterprises, and the overall average is only 0. 811.
