报道了AT切型掺Al3+水晶的生长过程和黑水晶光泽度计工作板的研制工艺.首次将70mm×35mm×5mm黑水晶工作板应用于WGG光泽度计上使用.结果表明,在低的光谱透过率和年变化量、高的硬度、光泽值和均匀性等方面均优于黑玻璃工作板.本文最后对水晶方向的选择和着色机制等问题进行了探讨。
The growth process of AT cut doping Al3 + crystal and the development process of black crystal gloss meter working plate are reported. For the first time the 70mm × 35mm × 5mm black crystal work board WGG gloss meter used. The results show that, in the low spectral transmittance and annual variation, high hardness, gloss value and uniformity are better than the black glass work board. Finally, this paper discusses the choice of crystal orientation and coloring mechanism.
