Adapter proteins are a class of protein molecules that have neither kinase activity nor transcription factor activity but that mediate the interaction between signaling protein molecules or signaling proteins and lipid molecules. In the antigen receptor-activated lymphocyte activation signaling pathway, linker protein molecules play an important role in convergence and regulation. In this review, we present LAT, SL P-76 and Gads related to T cell activation, Grb2, Shc, Sos and Vav molecules associated with MAPK pathway and BL NKs associated with B cell activation, and Cb1 and other linkers with negative regulatory effects Research progress of protein molecules in recent years
