在金刚石工具对陶瓷、石材、宝石、光学镜片、磁性材料的切削和磨削加工中,冷却介质被广泛使用。在我们对光学冷却介质的研究过程中发现,吉米奇(Gemini)阳离子表面活性剂能增加金刚石工具的自锐性能,使金刚石工具的切削性能得到不同程度的提升。我们使用不同结构阳离子表面活性剂复配成多种冷却液,对青铜基金刚石工具进行冷却,加工王冕光学玻璃,发现金刚石工具产生不同的切削效果。另一方面,随着光学加工的进行,大量玻璃粉末将不断分散在冷却液中,我们研究发现,不同结构和电荷大小的阳离子表面活性剂对这些粉状颗粒的存在状态形成不同的影响。
Cooling agents are widely used in the cutting and grinding of diamond tools on ceramics, stone, precious stones, optical lenses, and magnetic materials. In our study of optical cooling media, we found that Gemini cationic surfactants can increase the self-sharpening performance of diamond tools and improve the cutting performance of diamond tools to some extent. We use different structures of cationic surfactant compound into a variety of coolant, the bronze-based diamond tools for cooling, processing Wang Mian optical glass and found that diamond tools have different cutting results. On the other hand, with the optical processing, a large amount of glass powder will be continuously dispersed in the cooling liquid. We found that cationic surfactants of different structures and charges have different influences on the existence state of the powdery particles.
