采用超高效液相色谱-二极管阵列检测器,通过2,4-二硝基苯肼柱前衍生建立皮革废水中7种醛(乙二醛、甲醛、乙醛、糠醛、丙醛、丁醛、戊二醛)的快速检测方法。对衍生化温度条件进行了优化。在最佳条件下,方法中各种醛的检出限在20~30μg/L之间,方法的回收率高于96.3%。方法可用于制革废水中醛类的测定。
