本文在近年来国外出现的设计宽带匹配网络的实频技术的基础上,提出了一种简化实频技术。这一方法可按照通带内的极大-极小增益响应用最优化方法直接寻求匹配网络网络函数的实部。然后,利用Gewertz方法从实部求得完整的网络函数,据此以综合匹配网络。全部工作可由两个机助设计程序完成。文中给出了一个阻容并联负载匹配网络和一个微波单片集成电路FET放大器匹配网络的设计实例。
Based on the real-time technology of designing broadband matching network appearing abroad in recent years, this paper proposes a simplified real-time technology. This approach directly optimizes the real part of the matching network network functions using the optimization method in terms of the maximum-minimum gain response in the passband. Then, by using Gewertz method, the complete network function is obtained from the real part, and based on it, the matching network is integrated. All work can be done by two helper design programs. In this paper, we give a design example of a matching network with a resistor-capacitor parallel load matching network and a microwave monolithic FET amplifier.
