锚点理论是基于让学生更好地适应学业转换而提出的行为干预理论,这与幼小衔接的研究旨趣是大体一致的。同时,锚点理论的生态学原则与幼小衔接研究的思维、价值取向具有较大程度的适切性,表现为:二者都具有整体关联观、动态延展观、交互生成观和可持续发展观等理论视野,这为把锚点理论用于幼小衔接研究提供了可能性。此外,锚点理论针对锚点的培育过程构建出了一套理论框架,提供了具体的实施步骤,这对幼小衔接的策略制订及实施也具有重要的借鉴价值。 Anchor-point theory is based on the theory of behavioral intervention put forward by students to better adapt to academic conversion. This is consistent with the research purpose of young cohesion. At the same time, the ecological principles of anchor theory and the thinking and value orientation of young cohesion research have a greater degree of pertinence, which is manifested in that both of them have a holistic relational view, a dynamic extension view, an interactive generation view and a sustainable development view And other theoretical horizons, which provides the possibility of anchoring theory for the research of young cohesion. In addition, anchor theory builds a set of theoretical framework for the training of anchors and provides specific implementation steps, which also has important reference value for the formulation and implementation of young cohesion strategies.
