针对316不锈钢材料,以精度、表面质量和致密度为优化目标,在选区激光熔化3D打印设备上进行了工艺单因素和多因素寻优试验。分析了实验数据,得出了合理的成形工艺方案。运用该方案,基于复杂三维实体造型,加工出了316不锈钢成形件。经检测,复杂成形件的精度、质量和致密度被优化。
For 316 stainless steel, the single factor and multi-factor optimization tests were performed on the selected laser melting 3D printing equipment with the goal of accuracy, surface quality and density. Analyzed the experimental data, obtained a reasonable forming process. Using this solution, a 316 stainless steel profile was machined based on a complex three-dimensional solid model. After testing, the precision, quality and density of complex shaped parts are optimized.
